Travel fees. Travel fees are non-refundable.
Cargos de viaje. Los cargos de viaje no son reembolsables.
Late cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: a $75 cancellation fee applies.
Cancelaciones tardías. Cancelaciones con menos de 24 horas de aviso: se aplica un cargo de $75.
No-shows. If the client does not arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment, a $75 no-show fee applies, separate from the cancellation fee.
No presentarse. Si el cliente no llega dentro de los 30 minutos de la cita, se aplica un cargo de $75, independiente del cargo por cancelación.
Candy and food items. All sales are final. No returns or refunds on food products for health and safety reasons.

Digital products (ebook download). No refunds once the file or download link has been delivered.

Cancelled by the business. If the business cancels or cannot perform a booked service, the service fee is refunded in full.
