NOTARY SERVICES

  • Notarial acts — $10.00 per act. This is the maximum fee allowed by Virginia law (Va. Code § 47.1-19). Acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, signature witnessing and certified copies.
  • Appointment (booking your visit) — $10.00. First-time clients get $5 off with coupon BIENVENIDO5.
  • Travel expense — separate from the notarial fee and agreed with you before we travel. It covers the real cost of the trip (fuel, vehicle wear, tolls and the drive back): $2.00 per mile for the first 100 miles one-way, $5.00 per mile beyond 100 miles, plus a return-trip component of 50% of the one-way amount. Trips over 100 miles one-way are confirmed with a personal written quote before booking. Travel expenses are non-refundable. See our Travel Fee Policy page for details and a calculator.
  • Night Time Notary Deluxe (night and after-hours priority service) — $640.00 total: a $600 night travel fee plus a $40 appointment fee; the notarial acts are included at no extra charge. Coupons: ASAPNOTARY4 takes $15 off (first-time clients, one use) and ASAPDESCOUNT takes an extra $25 off (one use).
  • Christmas Service (December 24–25 only) — $250.00 holiday service charge; notarial acts included; travel at the holiday rate of $3.00 per mile one-way. No discount codes apply to this service.

MORE SERVICES

  • I-9 Employment Verification — $60.00. We act as the employer’s authorized representative to complete Section 2 of Form I-9. This is NOT a notarial act: no notary stamp is used and no immigration advice is given. Travel is charged separately.
  • Apostille Assistance — $100.00. We handle the in-person document drop-off and pickup at the Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth. State fees are paid separately by the client. Travel is charged separately.
  • Document Delivery (pickup & delivery) — $30.00 flat for local delivery in Northern Virginia (up to 20 miles total). Longer trips: $1.50 per mile of total trip distance, quoted before ordering.
  • In-Person Interpretation (English–Spanish) — $150.00 per hour, travel included. In person only, for business meetings, USCIS interviews, attorney meetings and medical appointments. This is not legal advice and is not available for court hearings.
  • Mobile Printing & Scanning — $20.00. Add-on to any appointment: we print and/or scan your documents on location. Travel is charged separately when the appointment requires it.

  • Cancellations: free with 24 or more hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours: $75 cancellation fee. No-show (not arriving or unreachable within 30 minutes): $75 fee.
  • If we cancel, your service fee is refunded in full.

  • Notario Nocturno Deluxe (servicio prioritario de noche y fuera de horario) — $640.00 en total: $600 de tarifa de viaje nocturno más $40 de tarifa de cita; los actos notariales están incluidos sin cargo extra. Cupones: ASAPNOTARY4 descuenta $15 (clientes de primera vez, un solo uso) y ASAPDESCOUNT descuenta $25 extra (un solo uso).
  • Servicio de Navidad (solo 24 y 25 de diciembre) — cargo por servicio en días festivos de $250.00; actos notariales incluidos; viaje a la tarifa festiva de $3.00 por milla solo ida. Ningún código de descuento aplica a este servicio.

MÁS SERVICIOS

  • Verificación de Empleo I-9 — $60.00. Actuamos como representante autorizado del empleador para completar la Sección 2 del Formulario I-9. Esto NO es un acto notarial: no se usa sello notarial y no se da asesoría de inmigración. El viaje se cobra por separado.
  • Trámite de Apostillas — $100.00. Nos encargamos de la entrega y recogida presencial de documentos ante la Secretary of the Commonwealth de Virginia. Las tarifas del estado las paga el cliente por separado. El viaje se cobra por separado.
  • Entrega de Documentos (recogida y entrega) — $30.00 tarifa plana para entregas locales en el norte de Virginia (hasta 20 millas en total). Viajes más largos: $1.50 por milla de la distancia total del viaje, cotizado antes de ordenar.
  • Interpretación Presencial (inglés–español) — $150.00 por hora, viaje incluido. Solo presencial, para reuniones de negocios, entrevistas de USCIS, reuniones con abogados y citas médicas. No es asesoría legal y no está disponible para audiencias en la corte.
  • Impresión y Escaneo a Domicilio — $20.00. Complemento para cualquier cita: imprimimos y/o escaneamos sus documentos en el lugar. El viaje se cobra por separado cuando la cita lo requiere.
